Grew up on farm. Hadn't seen much of the world until I lived in Russia for a few years. Absolutely LOVE the Russian language and culture. Studied Arabic in college and had some in-country experience. Former military. F-16 pilot. Attended Defense Language Institute where I learned Turkish. Lived in Turkey a total of 4 years. Four kids. The two girls were born in Turkey!
